Our founder late Mr.V.Sundaramurthy was a B.Tech (Chemical Engineer) from an agricultural family. He was a great visionary and was instrumental in the standardization of the coir brown fiber manufacturing process. He devised unique methodologies and developed many SPMs to deliver brown fiber of uniform quality consistently. He was the person who deeply sowed great values to the organization. He was one of the pioneers in the curled coir rope manufacturing sector. His efforts in building this organization with a great ethical back ground was remarkable. He was a man behind many inventions that changed the outlook of the then coir industry that struggled without automation and employment of unskilled work force. He was instrumental in improving the safety standards of the workers in the coir sector.

Our founder late Mrs.Shakunthala was a M.A (English literature) from an agricultural family. She along with Mr.V.Sundaramurthy greatly contributed to the growth of this organization. Her hard work in the early stages in establishing the organization is still uncomparable. She was instrumental in training the work force. It was her loving care towards the employees that still holds many employees to the organization these many years.

  To make coir bio-mattresses which are non-synthetic, provide adequate support to the body are temperature friendly, to keep the body cool during summer, being hygroscopic and allergy resistant, to dramatically improve the quality of sleep.

  To manufacture coir non-woven geo-textiles, adopting coir needle felt technology for extensive use in civil engineering fields such as airfields, construction of roads for retaining the structure and to avoid soil erosion.

  To fabricate coir wood as a replacement for wooden boards and plywood to create architecturally beautiful homes and offices, furniture owing to its inherent strength, that lasts a long-time being bio-degradable thus providing an eco-friendly building material which has both horizontal and vertical load bearing capacity as also better compression strength than other building materials.

  To create high quality bio-filters for various effluent water filtration purpose.
